As a new homeowner, I sincerely apologize to all of my friends that I gave bottles of liquor and wine as housewarming presents. Wiser and much more educated regarding the matters of new homes, I have since compiled a list of things that I believe are good items to bestow upon those having just purchased a new home (in addition to the liquor).
