Die MCI! Die!

Everyone has their own horror story with a long distance provider. Or perhaps it's your local phone carrier. Or cable company. Regardless, it's usually a long, sordid tale woven with hours of conversations with inept customer service agents and horrid tales of phone bank menus. The ends of the stories are usually sad, with the consumer being left without service or having to pay a lofty bill. I'll spare you of mine, since it begins in January and finally ends tonight, with me, the consumer being left with a lofty bill.

But if you're looking for some painful entertainment, this guy recorded and chronicled his problems.
