Music City This Week, Hollywood the Next
I'm off at another conference this week. While I can't say our experience in the south has been pleasureable, in its defense, we have yet to venture outside of the hotel. I do find it ironic that while we're busy teaching our employees that the customer comes first, we're learning that the hospitality industry doesn't always follow that rule. Hopefully, California will be better.

In other news, it's pretty interesting that the CMAs are moving to NY to entertain the huge country-loving population that resides there.
